The candle flickers, the reflections see it, helpless with action
Still are the waters on the surface
Smooth and calming
Though it hides well the turmoils
Winds of love brush across
To leave behind trenches of scars
I lay there motionless as still waters
Helpless to defend, admit defeat
The moon reflects upon my skin
Once touched by my lovers lips
I, the flowing waters quenched his thirst
Full he is and drinks no more
I drowned in still waters I float
Looking up…beautiful stars…
By moon and candlelight I ever existed
